4. Fees and Payment
Service Fees: ZAPTrack offers various service plans. By selecting a service plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes as described on our website.
Billing: Service fees will be billed automatically at the start of the billing period. Your service will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel it.
Refunds: Except as required by law, service fees are non-refundable.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to ZAPTrack immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use ZAPTrack will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using ZAPTrack.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ZAPTrack, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use ZAPTrack.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from ZAPTrack.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through ZAPTrack by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through ZAPTrack.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use ZAPTrack after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
